15 euros is an average over a stay of at least one month in one of these countries during my travels around the world and I sometimes spend more, sometimes less.
I think that living with less than 15 euros is doable but it will be in precarious conditions and rise again of survival. After all depends on your lifestyle.
I also said that in the 15 euros I recognizes food, accommodation (in months), and a few tourist attractions and activities.
